- Included in the Châteaux e-Pass: self-guided tours of the châteaux and parks & gardens.
- Not included: guided tour, audio guide, Histopad, Tintin exhibition/canal walk/electric cart rental in Cheverny (available at the château ticket offices)
- Tickets do not grant priority access under the Vigipirate security plan.
Special terms and conditions of sale
- Tickets are valid until 4 January 2026.
- Your order will be sent to you by email, as it will be an e-ticket. Please check your emails or spam folder for delivery.
- Tickets are non-transferable and can be used whenever you wish, subject to the sites' opening hours.
- Pass Châteaux tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and the validity dates cannot be changed.
- Do not purchase Pass Châteaux packages in the following cases: students, large families, teachers, journalists, job seekers, or disability card holders, as free or reduced rates are available on site. We cannot refund you once your order has been confirmed. Reduced rates are available for purchase directly at the château (proof of eligibility required).
- If you wish to purchase tickets for children (aged 6-17), please go to the ‘children's tickets’ section.
- Please note: admission to Chambord is free for European Union citizens under 25 (proof of age required).
